Abstract This paper considers a new problem for desire theories of well-being. The claims that these are implausible because they misvalue the effects fleeting desires, long-standing and fluctuations in strength on I begin by investigating version theory well-being, simple concurrentism, fails to capture intuitions cases. then argue well-being suitably stability-adjusted can avoid this problem.
